I love programming, and I love working on old COBOL systems. That said, it's still a jobby job to me. When I first started I would absolutely put me in the 10,000 RPM category.

However, many many many years later, I now play the role of peace keeper among the various projects out there. So I'm going with [1], because it feels roughly what I have to do on a day to day basis.

I did at one point have a 15,000 RPM job with a book reseller of all things. Keeping it positive, I would say it was โ€ฆ never a dull moment. ๐Ÿ‘ ยท 6 months ago
