@marginalia Great points. Right now I'm tight on time due to work, and I'd be an bad steward. That's one reason I haven't so far. Right now it's easier taking feature requests and gradually (slowly on purpose) adding what makes sense. I'll open source it once I intend to step back most likely. · 3 years ago
Take the perhaps controversial stand and I'll argue @martin shouldn't open source this, at least in this stage, on the basis that it seems enough to implement on your own. Making a small solo project open source is a relatively large commitment that has you doing a lot of thankless administration chores for a long time. There's a time and place for that. You need to carefully weigh the community benefits against the work you need to put in. · 3 years ago
