Started this python module to work with gemini and gempub archives. It has a 'gempubify' command that can convert epub to gpub. The code that handles the TOC is not so solid but the files load well in lagrange.

@gritty Tried it on a few epubs and it seems to work well enough. Please report any issues with the generation of the table of contents if you use it..
