::: finally! I've installed /e/OS 🔥 the system works really cool, fully degoogled, with many privacy & security settings! I'm happy and I recommend /e/OS 🤘

@lufte, if you have LineageOS and you don't have any Google apps, you don't need /e/OS of course 🙃 · 6 days ago
I'm running /e/os 'official' on my OnePlus Nord. Unfortunately the official branch doesn't get any updates anymore, so I think I need to switch to the still supported community branch, bc my OnePlus Nord is still perfectly fine. Although I'm procrastinating this hassle, because it needs a full new install. · 1 week ago
I've been a happy user of LineageOS for years now. I recently switched to a "new" phone (actually a recycled phone) which happened to support a much newer version of it, although sadly not the very last one. What difference/improvement would /e/OS add if I don't install Google Apps on top of LineageOS? · 1 week ago
I’m jealous!
I’ve bought my phone with plan to switch to LineageOS after guaranty period. But it seems this model will be not supported (Samsung A33). Samsung OS sucks, but this brand is very popular, so I hoped that it will be supported, and now I’m stuck with this OS…
And now, some apps I need (Revolut and banks) decided to fight with custom ROMs… · 1 week ago
@ludv, /e/OS is just degoogled android with good security settings - free & open source stuff.. · 1 week ago
/e/OS seems to be some kind of android distro. Is it similar to elementaryOS or CalyxOS? Those are the two I know. I kinda want to switch from my iPhone, but I'll have to wait untill I have a good enough reason to get rid of it. · 1 week ago
