What would it change if I switched from my personal tinylog to Station? I would get some interaction but in the same time I would start building my connections on service that is out of my control. Don't I have already too much of social media in my life? Still I'm attracted to the idea of this slow world, hidden from 99,9% of users social media.

we are social creatures. yet i debated the same issue. for me (for now) station provides the value i need and i could scrape my own feed and copy it to a tinylog any time when i feel like expanding.
i learned a ton of things and felt more connected to people than on any web social platform i ever used (the regrets are strong). · 2 years ago
