i went a bit above and beyond lately at work, but when i asked for a small favor in return it was denied. somehow this isn鈥檛 the two way street anymore it used to be. makes me a bit angry, actually.

it used to be that this was a give an take relationship but a while ago that changed and apparently it took me a while to realize that. i shall be more careful in the future regarding performance. how sad. i like my job but the company and the management has changed a lot, not necessarily to the better. 路 1 month ago
