I’ve noticed that since I’ve mostly quit mainstream social media, my days feel a lot longer and I have more time to read books/magazines, watch films and most importantly, play video games. I feel my mental health has improved drastically since!

I once very consciously noticed myself getting angry reading Twitter. I was in a good mood up till then. So I deleted my account. Turns out I don't need randoms provoking me on a whim. Same applies to 'the news'. I rarely read more than the headlines. · 2 years ago
