I ordered a GPU for my Windows 98 PC and eBay said it was delivered, but I never received it and there is no proof of delivery anywhere. My mum’s Amazon doorbell didn’t even see anyone approaching the door with anything.
I’ve tried to contact eBay about this, they opened a case for me but it was immediately closed because the tracking said it was delivered, which was the reason I had the case opened to begin with…
I paid $90 for this card, so I’m absolutely furious.

Update: eBay resolved this and gave me a full refund. Then the card arrived… it didn’t work. · 2 months ago
I'd also say explore the idea whether or not this was a grab and dash, in effect of somebody seeing the package perched up on your doorstep and nabbing it at first glance. Some delivery drivers don't knock, for whatever reason, and just leave items at the door without any notice and sometimes in very obvious plain sight view. In that case, make inquiry with whatever delivery company was responsible for this if not USPS (if you're in the US, or whichever respective postage of your nationality).
Best of luck, stay blessed. · 3 months ago
You should dispute it with your bank, maybe they contact ebay with you to get this settled, ebay will most likely go ahead and do the return by that point as a dispute charge costs them more than it does to refund you. That's bogus asf sorry that happened to you. :( · 3 months ago
