as a former sysadmin, nothing is more important as a well done documentation and a redundant livebackup and spare hardware. then you are safe for 99% of all issues. machine fscking up? no problem, getting hardware from the storage, install backup, fire it up and you have your gear working again in minutes with a well trained team. sometimes i miss my job... · 2 years ago
