BeOS gone - but not forgotten - was my main OS for a few years - I still have an old PC that runs it, if it boots, has to be on it's side to boot lol. ran it up a few months ago to see it working - and a few CTP runs:-) 路 2 years ago

Haiku is developed enough to be a daily driver for most tasks. It has tons of ports and native appilcations. Sure, it's in beta, and has bugs, but it also needs more developers and testers to report bugs. 路 2 years ago

@eph I'd bet it would be possible to build Lagrange for Haiku if SDL is available... which I see that it is! 路 2 years ago

Haiku is great, but like plan9 or other really innovative OSs, it's a pity it lacks support :( 路 2 years ago

Amazing!

If Lagrange had a Haiku package, I think I would use Haiku as a lo-fi, low-distraction general purpose operating system more often. I've installed Haiku on an ancient 2004 (?) laptop I had lying around. 路 2 years ago
