Apparently the UK wants to switch back to the imperial system of mesaurement. It's like they tried being part of Europe for a few years just to see what it would be like and then decided they didn't like it.

@reidrac You were probably right first time Someone born in 1952 wouldn't care about measures till they were 10 to 20 years old, well into decimalisation. It's probably more to do with aligning with the US (for imports) than anything else. 路 3 years ago

Such outlandish claims need to be backed up with a link. I can only imagine the Daily Mail being stupid enough to suggest such nonsense, though admittedly we've not been short of national stupidity of late. 路 3 years ago
