Placed before you is a highball glass filled with an iced beverage. The color is a deep red. It smells of fruit with hints of spice, & ginger. The taste is tart on the tongue. Sweet. Refreshing.

I'm a (currently unemployed) illustrator and designer going through a career change.
I have a lot of interests, some I'll probably be posting about.
Some examples include:
I'll probably will think of more later...
I wanted a simple home base to start using the personal web. I had been creating my own homepages and shrines since 2004 and stopped around 2011 during the rise of social media. I slowly realized how much I missed this part of the internet as our dependence on mainstream social media rose and through my experience working in start-up/tech spaces. So here I am, trying to learn, have fun, and share with you.
"So what's with the name "Sorrel Sour?" You probably didn't ask:
I've been going by "Eraserable" since my later days using AIM. Its the username I use a lot on the big web. I wanted this site to feel kind of separate from all of that. So, I went with sorrel as an ode to my Jamaican heritage. Sorrel is what West Indians call Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa). It's also the name of a drink made from the dried fruit of the plant. (I'll create a post with the recipe soon!) As for the Sour part. I just thought it sounded cute. ヘ(‘◇’、)
