Hey Ivan! I empathize. I've bounced around between my HTTP blog, Gemini, and Gopher in the past several months trying to decide on the right fit. At the moment, Gemini is the sweet spot for me, in part because it's still small enough to feel like a community. Gopher has a community, but the tech is frustratingly clunky. And the web is, well, you know.
I'd say smol.pub is another, similar paralysis resolver. It's fast, clean, and easy. We get a subdomain and an Atom feed out of the box. Well done, m15o!
