Wanting to "cure" everyone who's brains and bodies work differently from normal is a foolish idea for anyone with a functioning survival instinct. A world where everyone's brains and bodies work the same way is a world where everyone is vulnerable to the same kinds of tricks.
If "the same way" happens to be your way, than that manipulation will be aimed squarely at you.
