September is here and I am excited about it

September is finally here, and I am very excited about it.

I love Autumn, I love seeing the tree leaves turn all shades of yellow and red, and I love that we still have a good amount of sunshine, but there is a nice breeze making the days cooler.

I have picked up running again, finally, and my plan is to run at least 3 times per week, for 30 to 60 minutes each time.

I am currently only alternating walks to light jogs, as I am very out of shape and I don't want to risk an injury or to worn myself out right away and lose all motivation to continue.

My plan for this week is to alternate 1.5 minutes of running with 2 minutes walks, so the amount of running is very small, only 9 minutes total out of a 19 minutes training session: this is a very light workout, but exactly what I want now.

Finding a good balance with work and my personal life is really difficult for me, however if I want to prioritize my health and well being I need to learn how to not work myself to exhaustion every day, and also make space for my physical and mental health.

I also need to make sure that I don't try to do absolutely *everything* in one go each day, as I know that will quickly become unsustainable.

My current ideal day at the moment has:

So far, this doesn't seem too much. However this is the first week in which I'll also commute to the office, so let's see if I can keep up and I won't feel burned out.
