AFTER MORNING RAINS DIE DOWN ACROSS OUR PART OF THE OHIO VALLEY...EXPECT ENOUGH SUNSHINE TO PROVIDE HEATING AHEAD OF THIS DISTURBANCE. COMBINE THIS HEATING WITH A VERY MOIST ATMOSPHERE AND NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED BY LATE AFTERNOON AND CONTINUING INTO THE EVENING HOURS. AN ISOLATED TORNADO CANNOT BE RULED OUT AS STORMS START TO DEVELOP ACROSS SOUTHWEST INDIANA AND WESTERN KENTUCKY. BY LATE AFTERNOON THE THREAT WILL TRANSITION MORE TO DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL AS STORMS ENTER AND START DEVELOPING OVER CENTRAL KENTUCKY AND SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA. ANOTHER ISSUE WILL BE HEAVY RAINS FALLING OVER AREAS THAT RECEIVED RAINS THIS MORNING. PONDING ON AREA ROADWAYS IS POSSIBLE DURING THE AFTERNOON RUSH HOUR.
