THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS EXPANDED THE * FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF SOUTH AND EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY. * UNTIL 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ THIS EVENING * IN ADDITION TO THE ONGOING RAIN...ANOTHER WAVE OF HEAVIER RAIN WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON. ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO ONE AND A HALF INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE DAY TODAY.
