...that the NWS is trying to set up a special area for EM (at least the little local guys) for the IEMchat[1]... neat... (be even neater if they could set up something for it to be accessed through the KSP's KYWINS network... endless possibilities there...

i had found the thing (the public version, anyway) thanks to a comment left at another blog... from the quick taste i had gotten that night, i love it.

i haven't done anything since, because my computer died!
