my friend @picasso showed me how to run my phone with so little color (hue?) in the color profile that everything on my screen looks almost black and white. even the gray cubicle in which they keep me during the day so i can help increase shareholder value by doing cool network things now looks more interesting than whatever happens to be on my phone.
life changing pro tip. screen time is down significantly. (also deleted a bunch of apps, that helped)

I did that a while back and it was quite helpful. Now the major distractor is not so much the phone (deleting apps, degoogling, and going grayscale all helped), but the laptop. :| so godspeed and i hope you increase true Value for your own person, whatever that might mean · 2 weeks ago
