Gemini has inspired me to try and live a life in the console. I have gathered apps that may be of use, now it is just to implement.
Potentially I could run all of it in termux on my phone and Fedora toolbx. So I can finally bridge the gap and have a small PC on the go.

@darkghost Thank you, they are going on my list of apps. 馃榿 路 2 days ago
@hansbrix Book readers for the terminal: Ember written in perl, bk written in rust, and epr written in python are what I'm aware of. If you're ok with a frame buffer application: fbpdf. 路 3 days ago
@user999 Yeah that is what I have been mostly using it for. 馃槀
@daruma I was just thinking I could use mutt instead of k9 and clagrange instead of lagrange. I might have to find a book reader too. 馃槀 路 3 days ago
termux is nice but I like to completment it with with text tools like lagrange, k9 email, last launcher (on F-droid) and ko-reader which really make this platforn complete. 路 3 days ago
I use termux, from time to time, on my phone. It's pretty cool interfacing with your phone like you're on the command line on a regular computer. I use it to ssh onto my pubnix and see if there's any new messages on the bulletin board there, or to make one small change on my capsule, or a bunch of other things I can't do on the phone. 路 3 days ago
