The time is an estimate below depending on where I buy the wings. One local grocery store tends to have larger wings, and they need the 25 minutes. The other store has smaller wings, but they’re cheaper, and they only require 20 minutes. Both versions below assume the wings are thawed.
Throw the wings into an Instant Pot and bake them for 20-25 minutes at 375° F. This is the default temperature for the bake setting on my Instant Pot. I usually do about 5 wings at a time. Most of the butter runs off while cooking, but you can brush on some buttter and sprinkle salt over them to get even tastier crunchy skin. Or skip the butter and just sprinkle some salt on.
I still throw the wings into an Instant Pot and bake them for 20-25 minutes at 375° F., but I brush them with Frank’s Red-Hot sauce instead of butter before putting them in. It still measures zero carbohydrates for the serving, however, Frank’s Red Hot contains vinegar, garlic, and pepper and isn’t strictly carnivore.
