Shoutout to canonical/ubuntu for still keeping the xenial (16.04) repos online and rock solid for all this time. Really doing me a solid at my company with ancient infrastructure. The fact that I can 'apt install' anything without worry even on such old unsupported systems is really neat.
I wonder if 12.04's repos are still online.
