Digital New Year's Resolution

"Escape the algorithm" is the vibe. This includes:

• Twitter: Avoid daily use. Apps uninstalled from all devices. URL blocking in the router.
• Instagram: Account deleted.
• LinkedIn: Account frozen.
• Whatsapp: Limitation of daily use of app with timer.
• Telegram: Limitation of daily use of app with timer.
• Discord: I don't really use it much, so it's not a problem at the moment.
• Netflix / Prime Video: This is a bit hard. I think one strategy might be to think about what kind of content I want to see before I open the apps.
• YouTube: switched to "NewPipe" phone app, unlogged.

My goal is to make less time-consuming use of the Internet, avoid over-consumption and toxic scrolling, and try to connect in a more human and meaningful way with other human beings.
