TCPRec - Connect to a host and save received data to file.

Usage: TCPRec HOSTNAME/A,PORT/N/A,TIMEOUTSECONDS/K/N,FILENAME

HOSTNAME:       Hostname to connect to and receive from.
PORT:           Port to connect to.
TIMEOUTSECONDS: Timeout in seconds
FILENAME:       Filename to save received data to.
