Mustard soup
Everyone likes soup, right?
Ingredients
- 2 l water
- 3 cubes of vegetable stock
- 250 ml cream
- 100g unsalted butter
- 120g flour
- 4 tbsp grainy mustard
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan. Stir in the flour to make a roux.
- Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the stock cubes.
- Add the roux to the broth, mix well. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the cream while stirring, then add the mustard.
