This is a gemlog for the SpellBinding puzzle, in which you construct words using the specified letters (each word must contain the anchor letter).
BIMBO BLOOM BLOSSOM BOMB BOOM BOSOM BOTTOM BOTTOMMOST LIMB LIMBO LIMIT LIMO LISSOM LOBOTOMIST LOOM MILL MILT MIOSIS MISS MIST MITOSIS MITT MOIST MOLL MOLT MOOT MOSS MOST MOTTO OMIT OSMOSIS SLIM STIM TOMB TOMTOM
Pangram: LOBOTOMIST. A good start.
Missed: miso
LISSOM: nimble, lithe.
Aha, MILT: the sperm-containing fluid of a male fish. Good one to remember.
I swear we alady had MITOSIS (division of cellular nucleus resulting in unchanged number of chromosomes) and MIOSIS (excessive contraction of the pupil). I remember because it confused me the first time being so close to 'meiosis' which is like MITOSIS but results in 1/2 the chromosomes! I think it was the 'moist quim' (shudder) puzzle... After a while it all just blurs together.
Another day.
