gemini.koplugin 0.3.1

A little news on my Gemini client plugin for KOReader. I submitted it for inclusion in the main distribution. The maintainers were friendly, but weren't convinced that its utility for typical users would justify the maintenance and translation burden. A shame, but fair enough.

It is, however, now included in the "contrib" collection of third-party plugins.

I don't plan to do any more work on the client in the near future.

Highlight changes since 0.2:

• Support Titan (triggered by titan:// urls, including those with "edit" parameter).
• Support "file" scheme.
• Disable statistics (big speed-up on following links).
• Prevent inappropriate action on tap at end of file.
• Fix various bugs.
