My primary exercise these days consists of three activities: cycling, playing Pump It Up, and playing a Nintendo Switch game called Ring Fit Adventure. I do some other activities on an irregular basis, but those three form my basic routine.
Of these three activities, two--cycling and PIU--focus almost entirely on my legs. I don't have much of a problem with that at the moment, because my legs have been relatively weaker than my arms in the past. These days, however, it means that when I do perform arm exercises, I feel the burn more than when I perform leg exercises.
After I get my second vaccination dose next week, I plan to start swimming at the local fitness center once a week. I had started going to the pool once a week at the beginning of 2020, but of course that was put on hold because of COVID-19. I am in need of a form of exercise that works my whole body, and swimming is a great way to do it.
