oleic acid is not found in atherosclerotic plaque

Quote from BMJ OpenHeart Study on Omega-6 vegetable oils source:

Oxidized linoleic acid but not oxidized oleic acid is found in atherosclerotic plaques.

Combined with linoleic acid facilitating crossing through the endothelial, thus being both an indicator and instigator of plaque, and the lack of oleic acid in plaque, does that mean oleic acid (Omega-9) is a safer ingredient for consumption? It’s most of what makes up olive oil.
