went to work (salaried). i derived satisfaction from
doing my work well. as the proverbial icing on the cake,
my supervisor gave me positive feedback.
consumed no coffee nor alcohol, during my waking hours
(10 AM to 12 midnight).
no coffee in the morning, and no alcohol at night.
but I still had a wonderful day, from 11 AM to 11 PM.
