Just a quick announcement, I've released a new version of gemget, v1.2.0. This works with self-signed certs a lot better, you should definitely update! https://github.com/makeworld-the-better-one/gemget/releases/tag/v1.2.0 I don't plan on crowding the mailing list with any future updates if they come, so your best bet is to subscribe to releases on Github.
