Currently, coffee sitting in the chemex. I tried new grains, curious how they taste. After all it's a period of change, so why not try new things. Speaking off, my holiday season hasn't been particularly eventful. I miss a legit big gathering. And saying that doesn't make a lot of sense coming from me given I'm not the people-loving kind.
