People living in the Moycullen area are expected to experience water
outages until late Thursday afternoon due to a burst water mains.
The burst water mains in Moycullen was first reported by Uisce Eireann
shortly before midday today.
This is causing water outages to Cluain na Binne, Droimnín, An Corrbhaile,
Maigh Cuilinn and surrounding areas in Co. Galway.
Repair works are underway, and are currently expected to be completed by
4pm on Thursday.
It may take 3-4 hours after repairs are completed before people affected
see their full water supply restored as the network refills.
