A good sign: I hadn't checked YouTube all weekend because I was busy doing my own stuff, and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were new videos -- instead of idly scrolling through the list in the day instead of doing something fun or useful.
I did a bunch although it really only took one trip out of the house to have me exhausted and down yesterday. You probably wouldn't think it, looking at what I did and at my Mastodon feed, but I felt like shit. I just pushed through it because I knew it was temporary.
My mood has been pretty stable recently, which is good, but it kind of sucks to get a reminder that it doesn't take too much to drag it down.
