Butter Sauces #2

      6 cl Garlic, minced                           Salt to taste
    1/2 c  Freshly chopped basil                    Crushed dried red chile to
      4 tb Lightly toasted pine nuts                Taste
      1 tb White wine                        1/2 lb Unsalted butter, softened
      2 tb Freshly grated parmesan                  (2 sticks).
           Cheese
