Something Different On A Budget Meatloaf

    1/4 lb Ground chicken                      2    Eggs - lightly beaten
    1/4 lb Ground pork                       1/2 c  Breadcrumbs
    1/4 lb Ground beef - lean                1/2 c  Honey
    1/4 c  Whole milk                               Pepper and salt to taste
GLAZE
      2 tb Hot mustard                       1/4 c  Apricot jam
      1 ts Garlic - crushed               

Contributed to the echo by: Fred Towner Originally from: The Calgary Sun's Great Meatloaf Recipe Search, Monday, June 4, 1990 Submitted by Christine Barabe Something Different on a Budget Meatloaf-6th prize Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours.
