the dose - as in, quantity of coffee - from two shots
to one shot.
visited my biological brother at dinner-time; he
discouraged me from consuming alcohol. I used gelato
as a substitute.
No coffee in the morning, and no alcohol at night, but
my hours were nonetheless filled with joy, excitement, stimulation
and rapture. Thanks be to God.
My substitute-beverage, at lunch-time, was a mug of hot milk,
with micro-foam on top.
