Why do we get angry? When something or someone doesn't
go the way we want it to go. Is it a good thing or a bad
thing? I think it's neither.
Whose fault is it that we get angry? May be the one who
did something unreasonable and offended us? NO! I think
it's our own fucking fault. We can not, and we don't have
to change the people or the world around us.
So if someone is doing something unreasonable we don't
necessarily have to be mad. Because that someone will do
it anyway. The fault is ours, because we expected that
person to be reasonable. Don't expect things.
I know this is just ranting and not practical. But is it?
Right now where I am from there are a lot going on. Stress
is everywhere. This couple of days I got mad too often.
So today I sat and started thinking why did I have to get mad.
Trust me, it's not fun to be bad for too long. It will
destroy you mentally and physically.
Today I got mad with my family because they were silly,
unreasonable and careless. Then in the evening I got mad at
a freaking cat! Why? Because it just didn't let me take a
single step and always trying to mess with my legs. And then
it bit my foot!
Only after a while I understood that getting mad at things
like these are fucking stupid. I mean who would get mad at
a fucking cat? Cats are retarded so why did I expect them to
act better? My family sometimes act unreasonable and careless,
that's how they are.
Getting mad at any of them were entirely my fault. If I look
at it logically. Trying to control anger or any emotion will
not work. They are beyond our control. But I believe understanding
them can prevent any unreasonable acts we might commit when
we are angry or emotional. When we are angry or emotional we
won't have the complete control over our body.
Sitting down for a while and thinking can solve problems.
If you read this, have a good day! Next time you get mad, don't
forget to think about it. After you calmed down.
