The flooding has taken one vehicle as victim so far this evening... a guy got swept into a creek while driving down Stratton Road... He managed to escape the vehicle, and get back to dry land on his own... he is headed back home, and most units which were in route to the scene for rescue have been allowed to disregard the call...

dispatch just received call from ksp... residents at 171 bobtown rd are trapped in their home and have no way to leave... the water is 20ft from their door...

james mccarty radioed back to dispatch, notifying them that 171 is in nicholas county... furthermore, bobtown (in harrison county) is covered with water at both bridges, and the garnett road intersect... this would leave only one possible route to the people trapped, which is most likely, under water as well... i miss living out that way...
