Spent some time adding new capabilities to Kennedy to help geminauts update and maintain their capsules. I actually built these while on week long beach vacation:

First is a Capsule Health Report, whic shows you URLs of broken or missing links and the pages that link to them. Just type in a domain.

Next is "Backlinks to Capsule" This should you all URLs on a capsule and all the URLs that link to them. Just type in a domain.

Thanks @jsreed5, good catch. Yeah, Kennedy's crawler proactively fetches robots.txt (to control crawling) as well as favicon.txt (to display in the search results, though that is disabled temporarily) and security.txt (to track adoption). I'm updating my indexer so those don't appear in the search index, and thus won't appear in the report 路 7 months ago

Thank you for this! I've already used it to isolate and fix a broken link on my capsule! One feature I find interesting: the service says my capsule has broken links to my security.txt file and my favicon.txt file, but I have never had either of these files. Instead of reporting these links as broken, I might suggest listing them as unimplemented, or only list them as broken if Kennedy has successfully scraped them at least once? 路 7 months ago

@smokey yeah pubnix kind of throws things off. worse case you can do the entire domain and just look for your stuff. not ideal but it works 路 7 months ago

Nice Acidus! Its a shame the domain name stuff doesn't work for my specific sub-domain (tilde.team/~smokey) but im sure these are nice features for those with their own domain. 路 7 months ago
