how do you determine if something is a specific language?
It's in the header, after the MIME type.
At least gemini://it.gemini-site.omarpolo.com/ serves "text/gemini;
lang=en" for me
gemini://it.gemini-site.omarpolo.com/docs/de/spezifikation.gmi is in german.
and gemini.circumlunar.space as well as hubbz.de doesn't use
language identifiers.
I disagree:
% agunua -d gemini://hubbz.de/de/floss/2021-02-27-inhalte-im-geminispace-finden.gmi...Header line: "20 text/gemini; lang=de"
