Jordan Peterson wrote a book called 12 Rules for Life that I haven’t read, but I started watching a youtube video on it. There was quite a bit of good info in the video. I need to go back and make some more notes on each chapter, and possibly even get the book. Here are some notes that have summary information of each rule I glanced at today:
1 - Stand up straight with your shoulders back
2 - Treat yourself like you are someone you are responsible for helping
3 - Make friends with people who want the best for your
4 - Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today
5 - Do not let your children do anything that makes you dislike them
