How do I use Slackware

At home I use it for typical things:

Home Finance (https)

Firefox (https)

Email, I tend to use mutt and thunderbird for html email (https)

Documents via GNU Emacs

BOINC, since all I have are laptops, I stopped using BOINC (https) :(

Devlopment:

I use Slackware to develop and test my own utilities. Also I ensure objects I create for work will also compile and work on Slackware.

My Main Utilities:

• tcsh
• rxvt-unicode
• urclock, comes with rxvt-unicode
• vim and gvim
• Emacs
• mplayer, play music streams from SOMA and Echos of Blue Mars.
• nethack, locally and via: "ssh nethack@hardfought.org" and "ssh nethack@alt.org".
• rogue
• Xmahjongg
• Xgammon
