This is a wordlog for the SpellBinding puzzle (in which you construct words using the specified letters; each word must contain the anchor letter).
Yesterday's words:
ETHER EXERT EXPERT EYETEETH HYPERTEXT PERT PETER PETTER PETTY PRETEXT PRETTY RETRY RETYPE TEEPEE TEETER TEETH TEETHE TEPEE TERRY TETE TETHER TEXT TEXTER THEE THERE THEY THREE TREE TYPE
Pangrams: HYPERTEXT
Missed: TEETHER TYPER TEEPEE
HYPERTEXT... How apt.
PETER, in addition to being a euphemism for penis, in verb form means to diminish, although I have a hard time imagining it used without an 'out'... But penis will do.
TEPEE, a Native American shelter, is more often spelled TEEPEE. Alternate spellings of foreign words are always a pain for this game, as some words have literally dozens of possible spellings, and none are authoritative.
Another day.
