It's not that I stopped having dreams.
But I stopped remembering them.
Perhaps they weren't so special anymore.
Maybe it's because I became busier with life, and at the end of the day I was too tired to keep thinking, let alone remember.

Which social networks do you frequently use?
Dreams have become increasingly rich the last couple years, to the point of occasionally not being able to differentiate between dreaming and awake in the sense of "which is more real". I think there's some physical malfunction slowly occurring, because I've also wound up chewing the inside of my mouth to the point of slight bleeding a couple times when that sense of a dream seeming more real than awake occurs. Actually wound taking an ambulance ride last October due to my wife freaking out over such an episode.
But, to her chagrin, I'm not going to do anything about it. I've long distrusted the medical industry, due to both the amount of money involved (some say "follow the money"; I say "sprint like a motherfuck from (those possessing) it!") and a couple surgeries that made maladies worse for my dad. Also, I've honestly found said episodes quite fun/interesting.
I'm about a year from the age my mom passed, so it's bound to be something sooner than later anyway.

I'm currently involved in what might be called a social network, except I've decided to do so in a way where I don't ever exchange comments with others except regarding purely technical matters. But then I still occasionally comment here, but no longer source posts, as my wife considers such a sort of "cheating" on our life. I've come to believe she's more right than wrong about that. But an occasional comment here and there (but not to the point of comment exchange) feels more a "high five", a wink, etc.
(he says, obviously borderline hypocritically... :-) )
Honestly I have lots of dreams that are hard to remember too as I get older.
-None. Instagram for news but not fun.

Frequently....hm, means daily I guess
I hate them all but can't fully detach from them

I only use Discord nowadays, never had more than 2 social media accounts anyways. For Youtube, I use Freetube most of the time and never comment so it is not so social for me.
It is not that I am old and don't understand youngsters or something, I am younger than 25(I won't tell the exact age for privacy). I just don't find the value in stuff like Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
I'll probably at most use Twitter if I have a project I am working on and want it to have more reach.
You might say Midnight Pub itself is kind of like Reddit, and I agree it is somewhat similar. However; it is a lot smaller, requires approval from an actual person to join, and has a completely different community.
So even if we count Midnight Pub as social media platform, in my opinion it is a lot less toxic and I prefer smaller corners of the internet.
I check the Midnight Pub daily, water and fertilize my plant on Astrobotany (can that really be considered a social network?), and check in with a local special interest group occasionally on Discord (although I'm working on moving them to use a mailing list instead).
Dreams: I remember only very few, and I really appreciate it. Sleep ought to be "black as the night is black in Africa!"
Social Networks: The Midnight, nothing else. :-)
