Pumpkin bread
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup water
- ½ can pumpkin puree (or 1 whole can and no water)
- 1¾ cups flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Mix the wet ingredients, then mix in the dry ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 80 minutes at 350F.
