This is really simple to make and tastes great.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Dry ingredients:
Wet ingredients:
Whisky dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together, then wait a couple of minutes for the vinegar to curdle the milk. Combine wet ingredients into dry. Knead into a loaf.
Bake ~40-45 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, until golden brown on top. There should be a hollow sound when the bottom of the loaf is knocked.
Wait ten minutes to cool a little. Slice and serve with butter.
