It's recommended that you not use these (or other Unicode variants ofnormal letters) in regular text — they are generally not handled in afriendly or useful way by screen readers. There are contexts where usingthem is a reasonable trade-off, but I'd say that emphasis in regulartext is not one of those contexts.
