I've been coming across this more and more often. I like this word as the imagery it evokes is much nicer than 'asshole' (which is technically, not much, being a hole).

By the way, I really like pronouncing every combination of -SH- as 'sh', and -PH- as 'f', and -TH- accordingly. That leads to some very nice sounding compound words. Try it yourself on these: asshole, potholder, porthole, tophat.
