I spend the better part of today on the roof of the garage. Some time ago a wall developed signs of excess moisture and mould. Definitely not a desired situation.
Closer inspection revealed some possibly leaky patches in the bitumen roof cover. So today I cleaned and dried this part, added fluid seal stuff and a cover of bitumen. Whether or not the leak has been fixed will be known in a few weeks. A drying wall would be a good indicator.
